How do I book?
Open a home, pick your dates and send a request to book. We confirm availability and your total, usually the same day. There's no payment until we confirm.
Why book direct instead of Airbnb or VRBO?
Booking direct means no platform service fees and you talk to the owner directly. The homes and the calendars are the same.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. All homes have self check-in with a keypad or smart lock.
Is there parking?
Yes, every home has free parking on site.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All homes are non-smoking inside and out, and parties aren't allowed.
Who manages the homes?
The homes are owned and managed locally by Brack Properties LLC in Augusta.
